These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bp3333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bp3333 website located at bp3333.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services offered therein.

By completing the registration process on bp3333, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any game, or simply browsing the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bp3333 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bp3333 enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all registered users. Access by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are accessing bp3333 from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation when registering or using the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of bp3333, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a bp3333 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

bp3333 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time. Where a user fails to provide satisfactory proof of age, bp3333 may suspend the account and withhold any funds pending verification. Any winnings generated by an underage user shall be void and forfeited.

👤 3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bp3333 services — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on bp3333. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a reachable email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.

Verification may require you to submit supporting documentation such as a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or a recent utility bill. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bp3333 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bp3333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your username or password with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent bp3333 support.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bp3333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bp3333 employs industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no security system is entirely impenetrable, and you acknowledge that you assume responsibility for securing your own device and access credentials.

3.3 Account Accuracy

Any account found to contain false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information may be suspended or permanently closed at bp3333's sole discretion. Winnings accumulated on accounts with inaccurate registration details may be voided pending satisfactory verification. bp3333 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a user whose account is suspended due to inaccurate registration information.

💳 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bp3333 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players, including mobile financial services and local bank transfers. All financial transactions on bp3333 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bp3333 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. bp3333 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any changes to supported payment methods. It is your responsibility to ensure you are using a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bp3333 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bp3333 reserves the right to impose individual limits based on account activity, verification status, or responsible gaming considerations. Deposits are generally credited to your bp3333 wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. bp3333 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the bp3333 account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and may trigger an account review. bp3333 reserves the right to return funds deposited from third-party sources and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times for withdrawals vary by method but are generally completed within one to five business days. bp3333 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold determined by bp3333's compliance team.

bp3333 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing in cases where: (a) the account has not completed full identity verification; (b) there is an ongoing investigation related to the account; (c) the withdrawal appears to be inconsistent with normal account activity; or (d) bp3333 reasonably suspects that the account has been used for any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7 of this Agreement.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bp3333 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be rejected or returned at the sender's risk and cost.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on bp3333 is subject to these general rules as well as any specific rules applicable to individual sports, markets, or games as displayed on the Platform at the time of wagering. In the event of any conflict between general rules and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

5.1 Sports Betting

bp3333 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, tennis, basketball, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by bp3333's system, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.

• Bets placed on markets where the event outcome is already known at the time of placement are void and will be cancelled.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bp3333's specific sport rules shall determine the settlement outcome for affected bets.
• bp3333 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, or in circumstances where it is evident that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. bp3333 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Casino Games

bp3333 Casino offers live dealer games (including live roulette, blackjack, and baccarat streamed from studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi), slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers, and virtual sports. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live games, physical dealing and spinning mechanisms overseen by trained human dealers.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the respective game providers and are disclosed within each game's information panel. bp3333 does not alter the RTP of any game after it is published on the Platform.

5.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed by bp3333's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except in circumstances where bp3333 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-editing feature for a specific market. bp3333 is not obligated to offer cash-out on any market and may withdraw the cash-out feature at any time.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and must not be used as part of any systematic or professional strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• bp3333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any one time, unless bp3333 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

bp3333 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine intent to engage in recreational gaming; coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms; or using wagering patterns that bp3333 determines to be designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.

Where bp3333 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to: void the bonus and any winnings derived from it; recover bonus amounts from the player's balance; restrict the player's access to future promotions; or permanently close the player's account.

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bp3333. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets on the basis of insider information, or being involved in any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use bp3333 in any material way.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform, including in live casino games or poker-style formats.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any software designed to interact with bp3333 in a non-human manner without prior written consent from bp3333.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to your bp3333 account while retaining funds, bets, or winnings derived from that deposit.
• Money Laundering: Using bp3333 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. bp3333 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one bp3333 account for any reason, including to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or avoid account closure.
• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access bp3333 while under the age of 18, or facilitating access for any person under the age of 18.

bp3333 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects constitutes prohibited conduct. During any such investigation, bp3333 may temporarily freeze the account and associated balances. If the investigation confirms a breach, all funds in the account may be permanently forfeited and the account closed without further recourse.

🔐 8. Account Suspension & Closure

bp3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
• Account activity that bp3333 determines to be suspicious, fraudulent, or inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder via Account Settings or a written request submitted to [email protected].
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bp3333 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bp3333 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure request, bp3333 will confirm your identity and ensure that all pending bets are settled and any remaining balance is returned to your nominated payment method. Self-exclusion requests are treated as a priority and will be processed promptly in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all access to the bp3333 Platform, including historical betting records and promotional balances, will cease. Any bonus funds or pending promotions that have not been fully wagered at the time of closure will be forfeited. Genuine cash balances (real money, excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.
